Wallingford Historic District Feasibility Study

Historic Wallingford is a non-profit organization that fosters an awareness of and appreciation for the history and architecture of Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood.

The feasibility study is a major initiative of Historic Wallingford. It is directed by preservation consultant Northwest Vernacular, with volunteers gathering previously compiled histories, historic resource surveys, and neighborhood plans, followed by neighborhood walks to observe and document what survives. The study has a focus of social and cultural history.

The logo is used in recruiting the feasibility study volunteers, fundraising, and public outreach. The illustration captures the architecture and greenery, close-knit community, and nearby lake of the Wallingford neighborhood.
